WIINESSETH: Whereas, a Stipulation for Distribution was entered ~
into by and between all of the heirs at law of the Estate of Norma
J. Padrick, and all of the heirs at law being sui juris,
NOW~, THEREFORE, in consideration of the_sum of One Dollar and
other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
ackno~wledged, the Party of the First Part has released, conveyed_
~ and confirmed and does hereby release, convey and confirm unto
the said WILLIAM G. PADRICK, JR., that certain real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
