THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed the 3_ day of ~cember ~
19_, by ROBERT W. PADRICK and ANNEITE PADRICK, his wife; ELOIS
PADRICK TAYLOR and T. HOLMES TAYLOR, her husbend; aad CHARLES VINCENT
PADRICK and BE1TY O. PADRICK, his wife, first parties, to WILLIAM G.
PADRICK, JR., whose mailing address is 2513 S. Indian River Drive,
Fort Pierc~, Florida, party of the second part:
WI~IESSETH: That the said first parties, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, do hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second par'ty forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first parties have
in and to the follawing described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to-wit: _
