ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED

THIS DEED, Made and entered into this +~5= day of ,
19' J_, between ROBERT W. PADRICK, as the duly qualified and acting
Administrator of the Estate of Norma J. Padrick, deceased, party of
the First Part, and CHARI.ES VINCENT PADRICK, whose mailing address
is 827 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, Party of the Second
• Part,
WITNESSETH: Whereas, a Stipulation for Distribution was entered
into by and between all of the heirs at 2aw af the Estate of Norma
J. Padrick, and all of the heirs at law being sui ~uris,
NOiW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable consiaerations, the receipt of which is hereby
acknawledged, the Party of the First Part has released, conveyed
and confirmed and does hereby release, convey and confirm unto
the said Charles Vincent Padrick, that certain real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
