WHEREAS, that portion of South 16th Street lying south of the south
line of Wyoming,Avenue between 8locka 8 and 13 of MARAVILI:A TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, as recorded in Plat Book 15 at Page 17 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, has never been
used for public purpoaea and ie of no tlxrther public uee to the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida. •

SECTION l. That from ar~d after the effective date of this
Ordinance, that part of South 16th Street lying south of the south

SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, as recorded in Plat Book 15 at Page l7, of
the Public Reco~da of St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the same ie
