or in an amount equal to one or mae monthly payments on the principel that are next due on the note, on the first
day of any month prior to maturity: P~ovided. however; that written notice of an intention to exercise such privilege
is given at least thidy (30) days prior to prep~yt~nt; and. provided fudher~ that in the event the debt is paid in
[ull prior to maturity and at that time' it is insured undtr-the pwvislons of the Natioaal Housing Act, he aill pay to

tion to, the monthly payments under the terms of the note secured hereby, on the first day of each month until the

~ (c) All payments mentioned in the two preceding subaections of this parpgraph and ail paymeats to be made under t6e aote

~ Any deficiency in the aciount d such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless made good by the mortgagor
prior to the due date of the next soch paymeat, constitute an event of default under this modgage. The modgagee
may collect a"late charge" not to exceed two cents ~(2~) for each dollar (Sl) of each payment more than fifteea
(15) days in arrears to cover the extra expense Involved in hendling delincµ~eat payments.
3. That if the total of the payments made by the moctgagor under (6) of parag~aph 2 pceceding shall e:ceed-
the amount of payments actually made by the mortgagee, fot ground rents, taxes and assessmeats and insurence
premiums, as the case may be, such exceas shall be credited by the moctgagee on subsequent peyments to be
~ made by the moctgagor. [f, however, the monthly payments made by the mortgagor under (6J oE peragreph 2 pre-
ceding shall not be. sufficient to pay ground rents, taxes and assessmants and insnrance premiums, as the case
