Tagether with all buildings, improvements, fixturea or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or piaced therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally cont~otled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any oiher thing now or hereaHer therein or thereon, the furnishing of whith by lessors
