KNOW ALL MSN BY THSSL PRESENTS THAT RALPH B. HENSLEY '
and LEVERDA HSNSI,EY, his wife, have this day qranted to SPORTSMAN

CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation, a lease and option to +
purchase that certain property described in a Warranty Deed
from B. Y. Free, et ux, to Ralph S. Hensley, et ux, as recorded
in Deed Book 256, paqe 260, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, a copy of which is marked Exhibit A, attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein.
_ Said lease and option agreement is of even date
herewith and is by this reference incorporated herein.
Said lease and option to purchase expires December 31,
1975.
IN WITNESS WHERSOF the parties have executed this
memorandum this lst day of January, 1971. }
