The mortgagee or her heirs or assigns hereby agree to release from this mortgage and to transfer to the mortgagors or its and their assigns from the above described real property five acre tracts upon the principal payment of $2,000 per acre. The release pattern shall begin at the SF! corner of the lands herein described and the tracts shall be in the approximate size of 330 feet frontage on Jenkins Roa and running back to a line a distance of approximately 620 feet in depth. Said tracts to be released from this mortgage shall b~e con- tiguous going from south to north and the mortgagors can obtain the release for as many of the said five acre tracts as it or they may desire as long as the principal prepayment schedule of $2,000 per ~ acre is met . ~ The mortgagors shall have the right to care for and maintain the citrus grove located upon the above described property from the date of this mortgage and the mortgagors shall follow such citrus ~ caretaking procedures for the grove as are consistent with good husbandry practices generally recognized, accepted and in use for citrus groves located in the vicinity of the property and shall ~ also include the right to remove any trees and to replace said trees with new trees if this be necessary.
