re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27~ 1960, and revised

records of St. Lucie County, Florida. wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to fur~ish water and perf orm other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove 8each under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida~.is described as f oilows:
Lot 2, Block 3, Coral Cove Beach S~bdivi8ion as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A and 30B of
the Public Record.s of St. Iucie County, Florida.
