for the oonstn.~ction, operation and mainienance of electric utility facilities lincluding wires, poles, guys,, cables,
conduits a~d ~purtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of oonc~its, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with $aid facilities, on, wer, upon, under, a~d across my/our pro-
perty described as follows: An easement fi ve (5) feet i n wi dth, the centerl i ne of whi ch i s descri bed
as follows:
Fran a point beginning lying one (1) foot westerty of the easterly right of way of U. S.
Nighway No. 1 and two and one-half (2=~ ~feet southerly of the extension of the southerly
right of way of Canat No. 18 of the North St. Lucie River Drainage Dist~ict, run thence
, easterly parallel to the southerly right of way of said Canal No. 18 a distance of thirty-
; five (3S) feet to ~e end of tfie easement; all in Section 10, Township 36 South, Range
; 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
