TOGETHER with all of the right, title and ;
interest of grantors in and to the St. Lucie 1
Mutual Water Company, a non-profit cooperative ~
association under the laws of the State of
Florida insofar as the same is applicable to ~
the real property herein described and conveyed; ~
also TOGETHER with all fixtures, chattels,
and articles of personal property placed upon ~
or attached to or used in connection with or
in the operation of such premises, or which
may hereafter be attached to or used in
connection with such premises, and all the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same, together with the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said mortgagee. and its
successors and assigns, in fee simple.
And the mortgagor hereby covenants with said Mortgagee
that it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it
has good right and law£ul authorit to sell and co ~
