Provided always~ that if said ~ortgagor~ its successors or
assigns, shall pay unto said mortgagee, its successors and assigns,
all indebtedness described in said Bank Loan Agreement dated october
1 , 1970, and shall perfor~, comply with, and abide by each and
every of the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants set
forth in said Bank Loan Agreement, then this Deed and the Estate -
hereby created shall ceasa and be null and void.
This mortgage shall also secure thP unpaid balances of future
and additional loan advances made in any time while this nortgage
~ remains unraleased of record, whether made pursuant to an obligation
of the mortg~gee or otherwisc. Such loan advances are or will be
evid~nced by note or loan advancement agreements executed by KDI
Corporation or mortgagor herein.
IN MITNESS WHEREOF the nortgagor has caused these presents
to be executed in its nase, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the day
and year first above ~rritten.
