KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County~ to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drair?age ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a~iortion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to 'I~ro (2~~~~~

WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property _~~f

the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned ;
