RNOW ALL MEN BY THRSE PRESLNTS THAT: i

WHSREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation
has heretofor~ acquired title to the hereinafter described lands
for use for state highway purposes; and ~
WHBREAS, said land is no lonqer required for 'safd purposes,
and the State of Florida~Department of Transportation has no further .
use of said land for any purpose; and
WH$REAS, t~e Departnrent of Transportation, by action of .
its Secretary of Transportation on June 29, 1970, authorized the
release of said land;
I NOW, T~REFORE, the State of Florida, by and throuqh the
` State of Florida Department of Transportation, in consideration of

' the premises and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 337.25,

~ F.S., does hereby disclaim, release, renounce and aurrender all of ~

the riqht, title, easement and interest of the State of Florida
` Department of Transportation, in and to the land in-St Lucie County,

Florida, described in Exhibit 'A" attached hereto and made a part ~
hereof .
