ORDER OF PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
The Petition of JOHN J. BRUNETTI, j oined by the heirs , for th e
entry of an Order of Partial Distributi on of the Estate, has coone
to be considered by the Court; and it appearing that
1. November 21, 1970, the time for filing c~.aims against
the Estate, has passed and no claims have been filed against the
Estate. ~ ~
2. The~heirs have worked out a distribution_at this time
described on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof to
LUC ILI.E V . COSTA.
3. LUCILLE V. COSTA, one of the heirs of the Estate, has

contracted to sell that portion of the land herein souglt to be dis-
~i tributed and released to her and the time for closing has passed and,
' _
~ therefore, she is in need of this distribution and has requested
that the Executor make thi.s distribution which, to~gether with other
~ assets distributed to her, is a total settlement of all her rights
~
and interests in this Estate and will give a proper, full receipt of
her inheritance under the Last Will and Testament of JOSEPH J.
BRUNETTI.
4. That the personal representative is willing to accept
the federal estate and inheritance tax risk, if any involved in
~ making di.stribution at thi.s time to LUCILLE V. COSTA. ~
