of the Estate of JOSEPH J. BRUNETTI is hereby authorized to dis-
tribute to LUCILLE V. COSTA the property described in Schedule A
attached hereto and made a part hereof and hereby confirms previously
made conveyances to her, which constitutes receipt of her inheritance.
