THLS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 1?th day of Aecember,
A. D, 1970, by SURFSIDE PROPERTIES~ INC. , a corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, and having its principal place of business at
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to ALTO ADAMS, of
2501 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the
grantee;
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ot
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
