of the WILLIAM J. PICJWATY REVOCABLE TRUST, dated the 20th day of ~
January, 1967, and say as follaws: T'hat affiants are the Trustees
of the aforementioned trust and that said trust has not been re-
voked and is in full force and effeet; affiants furtl~er state that
among the powers granted to affiants by the Settlor of said trust
are the following powers: "To transfer, sell, exchange, partition,
lease, mortgage, pledge, qive options upon, or otherwise dispose '
of any property at any time held by them, at public or private
sale or othezwise, for cash or other consideration, or on credit,
