Laws which are set fo~th i~ a document entitled "By-Laws of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Condominiua~", whith is annexed to this Declaration, marked Exhibit "C" and made a pa~t hereof. B. No modification of or amendment to the By- Laws of said Association shall be valid unless set forth in o~ a~nexed to a duly ~ecorded amendment of this Dec- laration. The By-Laws may be amended in th~e manner ~ provided for therein, but no amendment to said By-Laws shall be adopted which would affect or impair the validity or priority of any mortgage covering any Condon~inium parcel (s) . - IX. ~ THE OPERATION ENTITY • A. The name of tt~e Association responsible for the operation of the Condominium is set forth in Article II hereina~ove; said corpo~ation, when organized shail be, a no~-profit Florida.corporation, organizad and existing pursuant to the Condo~ninium Act. The said As- sociation shall have all of the pawers and duties granted to or imposed upon it by this Declaration, the By-Laws of the Association, and its Articles of Incorporation, which ; Articles of Incorporation are attached hereto, marked ~ Exhibit "D" and made a part hereof. ~ B. Every owner of a Condominium partel, whether ~ he has acquired his ownership by pu~chase, by gift, con- ~ veyance, or transfe~ of operation of law, or otherwise, ~ shall be bound by the By-Laws of said Association, the - Articles of Incorporation of the Association, and by the provisions of this Declaration. C.
