HomeMy WebLinkAbout1693 i thei r he i rs , executors . admi n i s trators , successors or assigns, shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants o~ restrictions herein contained, it shall be lawful for any person or persons owning a~y such unit in the subdivision in which said unit is situated to prose- cute any proceeding at law or in equity against the per- son o~ persons rriolating or attempting to violate any such covenant or rest~ictian and eithe~ to prevent him ~ ~ or them from so doing or to recover damages fo~ such violation, incl'uding costs of the suit and a reasonable attorney's fee. Any invalidatio~ of any of these cov- ~ enants and restrictions shall in no way affect any other of the provisions thereof which shall thereafter remain in full force and effect. H. The unit ownar shall not permit or suffer anything to be done or kept in or on his unit which.wili increase the rate of insurance on the Condominium pro- perty, or which will obst~uct o~ interfere with the rights_ of other unit owners, or annoy them by un~easonable noises, or otherwise; ~or shall the unit owner commit or permit any nuisance, immoral or illegal act in or about the Con- dominium property. 1. No person shall use the common elements or any part thereof, or a Condominium unit or the Condominium property or a~y part the~eof, in any manner contrary to or not in accordance with such rules and regulatians per- taining thereto, as from time to time may be p~omulgated by the Association. J. The initial rules and regulations are caption- ed "Rules and Regulations" and are as set forth in the By-Laws of the Associatio~ which are annexed hereto as Exhibit "C". The said Rules a~d Regulations shall be ~ deemed effective until amended, as provided in the By- ~ Laws. ~ ~ - ~ ~ X1V. ~ ~ MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATIONS A.
