Exhibits annexed hereto are inserted solely as a matter
of convenience and shall not be relied upon and/or used
in construing the effect or meaning of any of the text
of this Oeclaration or Exhibits annexed hereto.
5. If any term, covenant, provisio~, phrase,
or other element of the Condominium documents is held
invalid or unenfo~ceable for any reason whatsoever, such
holding shall not be deemed to effect, alter, modify or
~ •impair in any manner whatsoever, any other term, provision,
covenant, or element of the Condominium documents. .
T. The Developer specifically disclaims any
intent to have made any warranty or representation in
connection with the property or the Condominium documents,
except as specifically set forth therein, and no-pe~son
