At such time as the Develope~ has completed sales
(See Declaration of Condominium)~ the following shall be
the By-Laws governing the ope~ation of the Associatio~
which is then activated:

VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a CONDOMINIUM
ARTICLE l. IDENTITY
. The following By-Laws shali govern the operation
of the Condomi~ium known as VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC.,
a Condominium described and named in the Declaration
of Co~dominium, to which these By-Laws are attached;
VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Condominium, being a
Florida Corporation not for profit, organized and ex-
isting pursuant to Chapter 711, Florida Statutes, 1965,
known as the Condominium Act.
Section 1. The office of the Association .shail '
be at the Condominium property, or at such other place
as may be subsequently designated by the Board of Direc- i

Section 2. As used herein, the word "Corporation," ~
shall be equivalent of "Association," as defined in the
Declaration of Candominium to which these By-Laws are ~
attached, and all other words, as used herein, shail have f
the $ame definition as attributed to them in the Dec1a- t
ration of Condominium to which these By-Laws are attached. ;

f ARTICLE 11. MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING PROVISIONS

~ Section 1. The corporation shall not issue stock
or certificates.
Section 2. Membership in the Corpo~ation shall be
limited to owners of condominium units, as identified in
the preceding Declaration of Condominium. Transfer of
unit ownership, either voluntary o~ by operation of law,
shall terminate membership in the Corporation, said mem- ~
bersfiip is to become vested in the transferee. If unit
~ ownership is vested in more than one pe~son, then all of
~ the persons so owning said unit shall be members eligible
to hold office, attend meetings, etc., but as hereinafter
~ indicated, the vote of a unit shall be cast by the "voting
~ member". If unit ownership is vested in a corporation,
