Developer elects to termi~ate its cont~ol of the Con-
dominium~ whichever shall fi~st oc'cur, there shall be
~o business -meeting of inembers of t~e Association un-
less the~e is a meeting called by the fi~st Board of
Directors of the Associatio~.
Section 9. Approval o~ disapp~oval.of a unit
owner upon any matter, whethe~ or not the subject of
an Association meeting, shall be by the "voting member";
provided, however, where a unit is owned joi~tly by a
husband and wife and they h~ave not designated one of .
them as a voting member, their ~oint app~oval or dis-
approval shall be required where they are both present,
or in the event only one is present, the person present
may cast the vote without establishing the concurrence
of the absent person.
ARTICLE Ili. DIRECTORS
Section 1. The Board of Directors shall consist
of three members during the first corporation year a~d
~ine members.thereafter. At the first corporate meet-
- ing all nine directors shatl be elected, three fo~ terms
of one year, three of two-year terms, and three for three-
year terms. Thereafter, at each annual meeting of the
membership, the directorships of those whose terms have
expired shall be elected from the voting members for a
period of three years; it being the intent that there
shall be three directors elected at each annual member-
ship meeting for a period of three years. Each memaer
of the Board of Di rectors , other than the i ~ i t i al Board,
shall bs either the owner of a Condominium unit or a~
owner of an interest therein.

; (a) The fi rst Board of Di rectors , who shal 1
~ serve until their successars have bEen eiected and qual-
~ ified (See Articie 11, Se~ction 8), shall consist of the

(b) The organizational meeting of a newly elected
Board of Directors shall be held within ten (ld) days of
their election at such place and time as shali be fixed
~ by the Directors at-the meeting at which they were elected
and no further notice of the organizational meet+ng shall
~ be necessary providing a quorum shall be present. ~

Section 3. Removal of Directors. At any time after
~ the first meeting of the membership, any one or more of ~
~ the Directors may be removed with or without cause by the
~ affirmative vote of the voting members cast+ng not less
~ than two-thirds of the total votes present at said meeting,
