(e) To contract for the management of the con- dominium and to designate to such ma~ager all of the powers and duties of the Association except those whtch may De required by the Declaration of Condominium to have approvai of the Board of Directors or membership of the Associ ation. (f) Designate one or more committees which, to the extent provided in the resolution designating such committees, shall have the powers of_the Board of Direc- tors in the management of the business and affa~i~s of the corporation. Such committee to consist of at least three (3) members ~of the corporation, one of whom shall be a Director. The committee or committees shall have such name or names as may be determined from time to time by the 8oard of Directors and said committee shall keep regular minutes of their proceedings and ~eport ~ the same to the Board of Directors as required. -(g) To use and disburse the proceeds of assess- ment and operation of the condominium property. (h) The maintenance, repair, replacement a~d operation of the condominium prbperty. (i) The reconst~uction of improvements after casualty and the further improvement of the property. (j) To enforce by legal means the provisions of the condominium documents, the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws. of the Association, and the regulations for ~ the use of the property in the condominium. ~ ' ~ (k) To pay taxes and assessments which are liens ~ against any part of the condominium other than individual units and the appurtenances thereto,~and to assess the ~ same against the units subject to such liens. (1) To pay all the cost of all power, water, sewer and other utility services rendered to the con- dominium and not billed to owners of individuat u~its.
