Section 3. Buildin Rules and Re ulations. The
building rules and regulations ere ~after enumerated
shall be deemed in effect until amended by the Board of
Directors and shall apply to and be bindi~g upon a11
unit owners. The unit owners shall at all times obey
said rules and ragulations and shall use their best ef-
forts to see that they a~e faithf~lly observed by their
families, guests, invitees, servants, lessees and per-
sons over whom they exercise co~trol and supervision.
Said building rules and regulations a~e as foliows:.
1. All travel trailer units, hereinafter re-
ferred to as units in the subdivision, are hereby desig-
nated RECREATIONAL SITES FOR TRAVEt TRAILERS (SITES),
including within such category, tent-type folding trailers,
'pick-up campers, modern travel trailers and other similar
types of rec~eation vehicles and equipment that are mo-
bile, hereinafter refer~ed to as "recreational vehicles".
NOT INCLUDED within such classification shall be fold-
ing tents not mounted on whee~s. No permanent or semi-
permanent structure may be erected on any unit i~ the
subdivision nor may any traiter ~hich is designed as per-
ma~ent living quarters be located or pleced on any unit,
it being the declared intent of the subdivider to exclude
mobile homes from use on the unit and to create`and main-
tain an area designed for the maximum beauty and benefit
of leisure time campers. PROVIDED, further, that tables,
benches-, fireplaces_and grills, may be erected, but no
personal property except as provided immediately above,
shall be permitted to remain where it can be seen by
other site owners or visitors to the area, except when
the unit is actually in use; provided, further, however,
that the foregoing shall not apply to the principal rec-
reational vehicle which may be allowed to remain on the
~ unit even though not in use. No recreational vehicle
' shall be placed on a unit for more than five days with-
, out the said facility having been approved, by a duly -
t authorized representative of the Association, as having
~ met the above requirements as to condition and type of -
E facility, and said facility shall thereafter be inspect-
~ ed and app~oved annually as to condition. The foregoing
shall be deemed to prohibit the construction and mainten-
ance of fences and radio and TV antennas on the unit.
ONLY ONE (i) principal Rec~eational vehicles may be lo-
cated or maintained on each unit.
2. No animals or fowl shalt be kept or maintain-
- ed on the unit except customary household pets, and then
only on a leash. No signs of any kind shall be display-
ed on any unit without the written consent of the Assoc- t
iation, or its assigns or successors. t

3. An easement ten (10) feet in width is reserved t
~ along each of the unit lines of each unit in the sub-
~ division for the installation and maintenance of utiiity
~ services and it is understood that such easement may be
~ used by the subdivider and/or its assigns for such in-
~ stallation and maintenance, as the case might be.
