Any invalidation of any of these covenants and restrictions shall in no way affect any other of the provisions thereof which shall thereafter ~ ~emain in full force and effect. ~ 9. The unit owner sfiall not permit or suffer any- S ~ thing to be done o~ kept in or on his unit which will in- crease the rate of insurance on the condominium property, or which will obst~uct o~ interfe~e with the rights of other unit owners, or annoy them by unreasonable noises, or otherwise; nor shall the unit owner commit or permit any nuisance, immoral or iliegal act in or about the con- dominium property. 10. No perso~ shail use the commo~ elements or any part thereaf, or a condominium unit o~ the condominium property or any part thereof, in any manner contrary to _ Q~ not in accordance with such ~ules and regulations pe~- - taining thereto, as from time to time may be promulgated by the Association. 11. The initial Rutes and Regulations are captioned "Rules and Regulations" and are as set forth in~the By- Laws of the Association which are a~nexed hereto as Exhibit "C". The said Rules and Regulations shall be deemed ef- fective until amended, as provided in the By-laws. 12. It shall be the cont.inuous responsibility of each site owner to secure all personal property on his ~espective t~nit against the hazards of high velocity winds so as to prevent the same from causing damage to other properties in the Condominium. ~ Section 4. Conflict. In the event of any-confiict ` between the rules and regulations contained herein, or E f~om time to time amended or adopted, and the condominium f documents, or the~Condominium Act, the latter shall pre- ~ vail.
