We, the undersigned, hereby associate ou~selves
together for the purpose of forming a non-profit corpora-~
tion under the laws of the State of Florida Statutes 617,
et. seq., and certify as follows:
ARTICLE I
The name of this Corporation shall be VENTURE OUT
AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Condominium. ~

ARTICIE II ~

The general purpose of this~non-profit corpor-
ation shall be as follows: To be the "Association" (as
defined in the Condominium Act 6 of the State of Florida
in Chapter 711, Florida Statutes 1965 et. seg. for con- (
dominium p-roperties totalling not more than 176 units (lots) ~

in all that will be erected on the following described . ~
real property (see Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made ~
a pa~t hereof) and as .the Association, to operate and ad- ~
minister said Condominium,~an~d carry out the functions i
and duties of said Condominium, as set forth in the Dec- ~
laration of Condominium established for each of said Con- ~
dominiums. The By-Laws of this Association shall be at-
tached to and made a part of the Declaration of Ct~ndominium ~
of those units which this Association shall operate and 4
administer. ~ '

~ Owners of condominium parcels are defined as having
ownership in fee titie, together with undivided interest
in all common use elements shown upon plat and described_
in the Declaration;of Condominium. ,
