Section 1. The affairs of the Corporation shall
be man~ged and governed by a Board of Di~ecto~s composed
of not less than three (3) members nor more tha~ the num-
ber of persons as specified shall be elected at the annual
meeting of the membership, for a te~m of three years, or
until iheir successars shall be eiected and shall qualify.
Provisions for such e)ectto~, and provisions respectin_g
the removal, disqualification and resignation of Directors,
and for filling vacancies in the Directorate, shail be
established by the 6y-Laws.

tially and adopted by its first Board of Directors.
Prior to the time the property described in A~ticle
I1, above, has been submitted to Condominium ownership by
the fiting of the Declaration of Condominium, said first
Board of Directors shall have full power to amend alter or
rescind said By-Laws by a maJority vote.
