This Co~poration shall issue no shares of stock
of any kind or nature whatsoever. Membership in this cor-
poration and the transfe~ the~eof, as well as the number
of inembers, shall be upon such terms and conditions as pro-
vided for in the Declaration of Condominium and the By-Laws.
The voting rights of the ow~ers of parceis in said Condo-
_ minium property shall be as set forth in the Declaration
of Condominium a~d the By-laws. The voting rights of
the owners of parcels in said Condominium property shall
be as set fo rth in the Declaration of Condominium and/or
the By-Laws.
