KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That VENTURE OUT IN
AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a corporation under the laws of
Florida, with offices in St. Lucie County, Florida, he~ein
"P~incipal," has made, constituted and appointed, and does by
these presents make, constitute and appoint JENSEN BEACH BANK,
a corporation under the laws of Florida, with offices in Jensen
Beach, herein "Agent," its true and lawful attorney, for
itself and in its name. place and stead, to make conveyances,
including full warranties of title on behalf of Pri~cipal,
of the following desc~ibed land in St. Lucie County, Florida,

AND TO assign, transfer, endorse, and set over unto
