KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That HOIIDAY OUT IN
~ AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a co~poration under the laws of
Florida, with offices in St. lucie County, Fiorida, herein
"P~incipal," has made, constituted and appointed, and does by
these presents make, constitute and appoint JENSEN BEACH BANK,
a corporation under the laws of Florida, with offices in Jensen
Beach, herein "Agent," its true and lawful attorney, for
itself and in its name, place and stead,.to make conveyances,
including full war~anties of titie on behalf of Principal,
of the foliowing described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit.
All numbered lots of Holiday Out in Ame~ica at St.
Lucie,trtc.~n its subdivision known as Holiday Out
at St. Lucie as shown by plat exhibited to the
Declaration of Condoatinium of record in Book 168,
page 1348, et sec1., Official Records of St. Lucie
County, Flo~ida; which plat is also recorded in Plat
Book fourteen (14) , page twenty-eight (28) , et ses.
St. Lucie County records. ~
AND TO assign, transfe~, endorse, and set over unto
others, including itself in its own right with full recourse
on Pr~i~cipal, notes or other evidences of indebtedness and
