In consideration of Ten Dollars and other qood and
valuable considerations, WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA, INC., a
Florida corporatdon, as the "Lessor"; and WINDMILL VILLAGE BY
THE SEA ASS4CIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit,
as the "Lessee", hereby aqree to cancel that certain lease made
and entered into between them dated the 5th day of Auqust, 1970, en-
titled WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA COMMUNITY FACILITY LEASS, as
recorded in Official Records Book 186 on paqe 994 to 1020, inclusive,
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
IN WITNESS W~iEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
instrwnent to be executed in their respective corporate names by
their respective duly authorized officers and their respective
corporate seals affixed this 19th day of January, 19?1.
