property deacribed in said DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDMILL
VILLAGS BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM I, and .
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to terminate and
cancel said DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIpM OF WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE
SEA CONDOMINIUM I and the said amendment thereto,
NOW, THERhFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other qood and valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby -
acknowledged, WINDMILL VILLAGSS OF AMERICA, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion, as successor corporation to WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA, INC.,
a Florida corporation and WINDMILL VILL1~?GE BY THS S$A ASSOCIATION, INC.,
a Florida corporation not for profit, hereby agree to the termination
and cancellation of the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDMILL VILLAGE
- BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM I, as recorded in Official Records Book 1l32,
on paqes 40 to 91, inclusive, in the Public Records of St. Lucie,
County, Florida, as amendes~ by a CSRTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT OF DECLARA-
TION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TAE SEA CONDOMINIUM I, as
recorded in Official Records Book 184 on pages 1032 to 1034, inclusive,
in the Public Records of St. Lucie Countl?, Florida.
