considerations, receipt of which is hereby ar,knowledqed, WALTER 8.
HELLER & COMPANY OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, the o~wner and
holder of a mortgaqe executed by WINDMILI. VILLAGE BY THE SEA, INC.,
a Florida corporation, as the mortqagor, to WALTER E. HELLER & COMPANY
OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, as the mortgagee, as recorded in
Official Records Book 183 on pages 2845 to 2851, inclusive, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the condo-
minium property described in the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDMILL
VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM I, as recorded in Official Records
Book 182, on pages 40 to 91, inclusive, in the Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, hereby consents to the foregoing TERMINATION
AND CANCELLATION OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDMILL VILLAGE
BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM I as recorded in Official Records Book 182,
on pages 40 to 91, inclusive, in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
'f Florida, as amended by a CERTIFICATE OF AMENDI~NT OF DECLARATION OF
! CONDOMINIUM OF WINDMII,L VILLAGE BY THE SEA OONDOMINIUM I as recorded

~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and it aqrees that the
