THIS LEASE is mad~ and entered into on thel9th day of
January, 1471, by and between WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE S$A RBCBEATION
CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the
"LeS30r", WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM N0. 1 ASSOCIATION,
INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, hereinafter referred to
as the "Lessee", WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA, INC., a Florida corpora-
