HomeMy WebLinkAbout1840 ~ herein and all other lessees of the Recreatios~ Center shall automatically be members of the Assocfation upon execution of~a . ~ lease of the Recreation Center and shall be obliqated~to pay assessments imposed by the Association for the purpose of paying the comanon expenses of the Recreation Center and the expenses of operat- ing the Association. The Lessee herein and all other lesaees of the Recreation Center ahall also pay to the Association, as collection agent for the Lesaor, the rent payable to the Lesaor under th~s lease or other leases of the Recreation Center, and the Association shall . . then pay to the Lessor the rent collected, unless the Lessor gives ~ written notice to the Lessee herein and all other lessees of the ~ Recreation Center to pay the lease rent directly to the Lessor~- ; 6. RENT. . 6.1. Amount of Rent. The Lessee aqrees to pay to the I,essor durinq the term of th3,s lease the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-Eight ($588.00) Dollars per month as~the net monthly rent E ~ which shall be due and payable in advance on the first day of each = and every month during the term of this lease. The rent shall be ! prorated for the first month of this lease from the date of the ~ ~ommenceinent of the term of th~.s lease to the first day of the ~ , F ~ f following month based on said monthly rental, and shall be payable ~ ~ 4 ~ on the date of the comanencement of the term of this lease. ; 6.2. Increase of Rent Based Upon Increase in Cost ! ; . ~ of Living Index.
