45. CHANGES IN WRITING. No modificatfon, release or
discharge or waiver of any provision hereof shall be:~f any force,

46. COVSNANTS RUNNING WITH TH$ LAND. A11 cov~nants,

promises, conditions and obligations herein contained or implied by j
law are covenants running with the demised premises and covenants i

runninq with the lands described in the Declaration of Condominium
of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 and the same shall
attach ~o and be binding upon the Lessor, its heirs. personal repre-
sentatives and assigns, and the Lessee, its suc~essors and assigns,
its present and future members and present ar~d future owners of con-
dominium units in The Condominium and.their heirs, personal represen-
tatives, successors and assigns.
47. ENTIRE AGREEI?~NT. Thi.s instrument together with the
Declaration of Condominium of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM
N0. 1 constitute the entire aqreement between the parties l~ereto as
of the date of execution and neither has been induced by the other by .
representations, promises or understandings not expressed herein and
there are no collateral agreements, stipulations, promises or under-
standings whatsoever in any way touching the subject matter of this
instrument which are not expressly contained herein.
48. NOTICE. When any party desires or is required to give
notice unto:the other in eonnection with and according to the terms of
this lease, such notice shall be given either by registered or certi-
fied mail, return receipt requested,' and shall be deemed given for
all purposes when it shall have been deposited in the United States
mail, addressed to the other party, with sufficient postage prepaid
thereon to carry it to its addreased destination. The address of the
Lessor and Developer is 6718 14th Street West, Bradenton, Florida
33505. The address of the Lessee and Association is Route 1, Jensen
Bea~h, Florida 33457. Any party hereto may change the address for
