53. PARTIES. The term "Lessor", "Lessee", "Association"
and "Developer" as used in this lease shall include the singular
and plural thereof, and the use of any gender shall include a11
genders, wherever the same shall be appropriate, and shall include
its successors and assigns.. _
54. CONSENT AND RATIFICATION OF THIS LEASE BY A UNIT ~
OWNER. It is specifically recoqnized and understood that some or
all of the persons comprising the original board of directors and
the officers of the Association and Lessee corporations are also
officers, directors and/or stockholders of the Lessor and Ueveloper
corporations under this lease, and that such circumstances of inter-
locking board of directors, officers and/or stockholders shall not
and cannot be cons3dered as a breach of their duties to the Asso- ~
ciation or Lessee corporations, nor as possible grounds to invali- ~
date this lease in whole or in part. Each and every person,
whether real or corporate, who shall take any interest whatsoever

~ in or to WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, any of The

~ Condwninium's properties, or in or to any condominium units in

¢ The Condominium after the recording of this lease, by acceptance,

delivery or the recording of the deed, contract, grant, assignment

or other instrument granting, conveying, or providing for such in-
terest, or by the exercise of the rights or uses granted herein,
shall be deemed to consent to and ratify without further act being
required, the provisions of this lease to the same effect and extent
~ as if such person or persons had executed this lease with the formali-
~ ties required in deeds, for the purpose of subordinating and/or sub-
~
~ jecting such person or persons' fnterests, in full, to the terma of
~ .
