1. Identity. These are the Bylaws of WIN~+lILL VILLAGE
BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC, a corporation not
for profit under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter re-
ferred to as the Association. The Association has been organized ~

for the purpose of providing an entity for the operation of
WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER, located in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
1.1. The office of~the Association shall be at
; WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER, Route 1, Jensen Beach,

` 1.2. The fiscal year of the Association shall be the~ ~

~ 1.3. The seal of the corporation shall bear the name
~ of the corporation, the ward "Florida", the words "Corparation not

for profit" and the year of incorporation. ~
2. Members' meetings.
~ 2.1. The annual members' meeting shall be held at the
office of the corporation at two o'clock, P.M., Eastern Standard
~ Time, on the second Tuesday in April of each year for the purpose of
