9. Rules an~d Regulations. The Board of Directors of =
this Association shall have the power to adopt rules and regulations, ~
or to amend existing rules and regulations, for the purpose of
governing the use, operation, maintenance, management and control
of the Recreation Center, provided said rules and regulations do
not conflict with the terms and provisions of the Articles of
Incorporation and Bylaws af the Association. Any new rules and .
regulations or amendments of existing rules and regulations shall

be effective when adopted by the Board of Directors unless an effea-
tive date is provided for thereby. A copy of any new or amended rules
and regulations shall be delivered or mailed to each member as soon
as possible after its adoption. _
The foreqoing were adopted as the Bylaws of WINDMILL VILLAG$
BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not
for profit under the laws of the State of Florida, at the first meet-
~E ing of the Board of Directors on t.he 19thday of January, 1971. ,
