CONDOMINIUM NO. 1

- This is the Declaration of Condominium of WINDMILL VILLAG$
BY THS SSA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 made by WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA,
INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Developer,
for itself, its successors, grantees and assiqns, wherein the Develop- _
er makes the following declarations: ~
1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Declaration is to submit
the lands described in this instrument and improvements on such lands
to the condominium form of ownership and use in the manner provided
by Chapter 711, Florida Statutes, hereafter called The Candominium
Act.
1.1. Name and Address. The name by which~this condo-
minium is to be identified is WINDMILL VILI,AGE BY THB SEA CONDOMINIUM
NO. 1, and its address is Route 1, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457.
1.2. The Land. The lands owned by Dev~loper, which by

UNITS 1 AND 1-A filed for record in Plat Book I6,
~ Pages 6 and 6A of the Pukilic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. DEFINITIONS. The terms used in this Declaration.and its
= Exhibits shall have the meanings stated in Section 711.03 of the
