by one or more o~mers, and'there is appurtenant to each unit as part
thereof an undivided share in the com~non elements.
2.8. "Unit" means a part of the condominium property
which is to be subject to private o~wnership.
2.9. "Com~nnon elements" means the portions of the con- _
dwainiwn property not included in the unf ts .
2.10."Limited comaon elements" means and includes those -
connnon elements ~rhich are reserved for the use of a certain unit or
units to the exclusion of other units.
2.11."Condominium parcel~ ID@8I19 the unit together with
the undivided share in the common elements ~hich is appurtenant to the .

2.12.'IInit owner or o~mer of a~-unit' means the owner of
a condominium parcel.
2.13.'Condominium property" means and includes the land
in the condominium, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements
thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for

` 2.14."Declaration, or Declaration of Condominium' means

the instrument or instruments by which a condominium is created, and
~ such instrument or instruments as they are from time to time amended.
~ 2.15."Operation or operation of the condaninium" means
and includes the administration and manaqement of the condominium pro-
~ perty .
~ 2.16."Sinqular, plural, gender': Whenever the context
~ so permits, the use of the plural shall include the singular, the `

singular the plural, and the use of any gender shall be deemed to

~ 2.17.'Utility services" as used in the Condominium Act
and as oonstrued with reference to this condominium, and as used in
