3. DEVELOPMENT PLAN. The condominium is described and
established as follows: ~
3.1. Plat. A plat of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA, • -
A REPLAT OF UNITS 1 AND 1-A filed for record in Plat Book 16, Pages .
6 and 6A of the Public Records~of St. Lucie County, Florida, is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A-1".
3.2. Survey. A Survey of Common Elements a~d Units
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A-2".
3.3. Plans. The improvements t~pon the land.are constructed
substantially in accordance with the plans and specifications for such
prepared by Emi1~L. Tiona, and designated as his Project No. 69-1, a
portion of which plans as are required to show the dimensions of the
units and con~non elements and their locations are attached hereto as .
the following exhibits:
