Each unit is identified by the same humber as the number of the lot upon E which it is located. ; 3.6. Limited Cotmnon Elements. The limited common elements are the lots as shown on the Plat attached hereto as Exhibit "A-1" on which the units are located. 3.7. Common Elements. The common e2ements are the portions of the condominium property not included in the units. The common ele- ments are described as Lots, Tracts and Avenues in the Plat attached hereto as Exhibit "A-1", and the improvements thereon as shown by Exhibits "B-2" and "B-3" attached hereto. 3.8. Appurtenances to Units. There shall pass-with each unit as appurtenances thereto: (a) Common elements and comanon surplus. An undi- vided 1/168th share in the common elements and in the comnan surplus. (b) Limited comnnon elements . The exclusive right - i to use the limited common element which is the lot as shawn on the - Plat attached hereto as Exhib'it "A-1", on which the unit is located. ~ . ; (c) Easement to use air space. The exclusive right ~ for the use of the air space above the limited comm~on element. s (d) Association membership. The membership of each. unit owner in the Association and the interest of each unit owner in . ~ the funds and assets held by the Association. ' 3.9. Exclusive Possession. The owner of a unit is en- ~ ~ # titled to the exclusive possession of his unit and the limited common element and use of air space appurtenant thereto.
