HomeMy WebLinkAbout1900 and subject to the followinq provisions: 6.1. Share of Common ExPense. Each unit owner shall be liable for a 1/168th share of the com~rion expenses. 6.2. Interest~ Application of PPyments. Assessments and installments on such assessments paid on or before ten days aFter the date when due shall not bear interest, but all swns not paid on or before ten days after the date when due shall bear interest at the rate of ten percent per annum from the date when due until paid. All payments upon account shall be first applied to interest and then to the assessment payment first due. 6.3. Lien for Assessments. The lien for unpaid assess- ments shall also secure reasonable attorneys' fees incarred by the Associat~n incident to the collection of such assessment or enforcement of such lien. 6.4. Rental Pendinq Foreclosure. In any foreclosure of ~ ~ a lien for assessments the owner of the unit subject to the~lien ~ shall be required to pay a reasonable rental for the unit and the Association shall be entitled to the apgointment of a receiver to collect the same. ~ t ~ 7. ASSOCIATION. The operation of the condominium shall be ~ ~ F by WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not for profit under the laws of Florida, which shall ful- : fill its functions pursuant to the followinq provisions: 7.1. Articles of Incorporation. A copy of the Articles af Incorporation of the Association is attached as Exhibit "D". 7.2. The Bylaws of the Association shall be the bylaws of the condominium, a copy which is attached as Exhibit "S". ~ 7.3. Limitation Upon Liability of Association.
