JOINDSR OF MORTGAGES
WALT$R E. HELLER & COMPANY OF FLORIDA, a Florida corpora-
tion, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgaqee, the owner and holder
of a mortgaqe upon lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in
said mortqage dated April 3, 1970, and recorded ~n Officf al Records

Book 183, on paqes 2845 to 2851, inclusive, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, joins in the makiag of the_foreqoing
Declaration of Condominium solely ftir the purpose of subordinatinq
the lien of said mortgaqe to the foreqoing Declaration of Condominiwn.
The Mortgaqee agrees that the lien of its mortgage shall be upon the ~
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida: _

CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, a condominium, according to '
