2.8. The order of business at annual members' meet-

ings aa~d as far as practical at other members' meetings, shall be:
a. Election of chairman of the meetinq
b. Calling of the roll and certifying

c. Proof of notice of ineeting or waiver

d. Reading and disposal of any unapproved
minutes
e. Reports of officers
f . Reports of co~nmittees
g. Election of inspectors of election
h. Election _of directors

2.9. Proviso. Provided, however, that until the De-
veloper of the condominium has closed the sales of all of the units
of the condominium, or until after December 31, 1973, or until the

j Developer elects to terminate its control of the condominium, which- ~

i ever shall first occur, the proceedinqs of all meetings of inembers
~ .
~ of the Association shall have no effect unless approved by the board
~ of directors.

3.1. Membership. The affairs of the Association shall

be managed by a board of not less than three nor more than seven di- ~
