The Board of Directore of this Association ahall have the power to adopt rules and requlations, or to amend existing rules and~requlations, for the purpose of governinq the use, operation, maintenance, management_and control of the condominium units, the limited - common elements appurtenant thereto and the co~aon elements,- provided said rule~„ lations do not conflict with the terms and provisions of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association and the Declaration of Condominium. Any new rules and requlations or amenclments of existing ruZes and requ- ~ lations shall be effective when adopted by the Board of Directors unless an effective date is provided for thereby. A copy of any new or amended rules and regulations shall be delivered or mailed to each unit owner as soon as possible after its adoption. The following rules and regulations are hereby adopted by the Board of Directors for the purpose of qoverninq the use, operation, maintenance, manaqement and control of the condominium units, the limited co~aon elements appurtenant thereto, ' and.the co~n elementa,and shall apply to and be binding on all ~ unit owners, their heirs, sucaessors and assigns. i ~ 9.1. All condominium units, including the limited ~ . ~ com~eon elements appurtenant thereto, are restricted for use as RECREATIONAL CAMPSITES FOR CAMPING TRAILERS, includinq within _ such category, modern travel trailers and other similar types of camping traile=s and equipment that are mobile. ,Tents, pop- up campers or trailers which are designed as permanent living ~ quarters such as mobile homes may not be placed on any condominium s ~ it.
