9.2. All trailers must be approved by the Association
as to ~ype and condition prior to beinq placed on any condominium ;
unit. If any trailer placed on a condominium unit is not kept
~
in good condition and appearance thereafter, the unit owner shall
ren~ove the trailer from the condominium unit within seven days
after receipt of written notice from the Association that the
condition and appearance of the trailer is not satisfactory to the
Association.
9.3. No permanent or semi-permanent structures may
be erected on any condominiwn unit or the limited comanon element
appurtenant thereto such as carports, awninqs or utility rooms.
9.4. Tables, benches, fireplaces and grills, if approved
by the Association, may be erected on a condominium unit and the
limited common element appurtenant thereto. No otYier personal pro-
perty shall be permitted to remain outside or under the trailer
where it can be.seen, except when actually in use.
9.5. No fences are permitted. Hedges and landscaping
may be planted subject to approval of the Association.
9.6. Outside antennas are not permitted. However, if ~

~ television cable facilities are not available, television antennas -

~ may be permitted if approved by the Association..
~ 9.7. No animals or fowl shall be kept on a condominium
~ unit and the limited common element appurtenant thereto, except

~ customary household pets, and then only on a leash.
~ 9.8. No signs of any kind shall be displayed on any

condominium unit or the limited cw~mon element appurtenant thereto, ~
without the written consent of the Association.
9.9. No outside toilets shall be installed or allowed
~ on an~• condominiwa unit and the limited conm~on element appurtenant
i
~ thereto. Suitable and adequate sanitary facilities have been pro-
vided for common use by unit awners.
~ 9.10. The condominiwa unit and the limited comunon element
