No commercial activity of any kind whatsoever shall be perniitted or conducted on or from any trailer, condominium unit and the limited common element appurtenant thereto. 9.12. A unit owner shall not permit anything to be done or kept on the condominiwa unit and the limited common element appurtenant thereto which will increase the rate of insurance on the condominium property. 9.13. Vehicles shall be parked only on the driveways ~ of the condominium units or in desiqnated parking areas, and not on the street. The speed limit for vehicles shall be ten miles per hour. 9.14. Vehicles to be parked on any condominiuan unit must be approved by the Association as to type and condition and must be kept in good condition and appearance. 4 ~ I, 9.15. Repairing of vehicles, outboard motors, building ; ~ t ~ of boats or any other disturbing activities are not permitted. ~ 9.16.
